L-theanine (Synthesis)

L-theanine is a natural amino acid that is primarily found in tea leaves, especially in green tea. It is also found in small amounts in varieties of mushrooms.

L-theanine is unique in that it is not commonly found in many foods. However, it can be consumed in the form of L-theanine extracts and lab synthesised supplements, which are widely available in health stores.

Direction: Take one capsule per day as required, with a meal.
Ingredients: 200 mg L-theanine, 100 mg Maltodextrin (vegetable source), 100 mg Plant Capsule (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose).
